Engineering office
INTEC BATI's engineering office supports the preparation and optimisation of steel construction projects, from technical design through to preparation for fabrication.
3D model
Before fabrication, we model the entire building in 3D, as in Tekla Structures. Follow the assembly stages, from the steel frame to weatherproofing, and rotate the model.
Our team relies on specialised professional software to ensure precision, reliability and optimised projects.

Our workshop
An automated steel fabrication plant in Tangier: every part is cut, assembled and inspected before it leaves for site.
Sections and plates cut and drilled on CNC machines, straight from the engineering office's files.
Frames, columns and purlins assembled and welded by qualified teams.
Every part is inspected and marked before leaving the plant.
Batches prepared in erection order and delivered to site.

While the civil works team prepares the foundations, the steel frame is already being fabricated. Working in parallel shortens the overall schedule.

Sustainable construction
Steel construction reduces waste, speeds up building work and prepares your buildings for renewable energy.
Steel can be recycled without losing its properties. At the end of its life, the frame is dismantled and goes back into the supply chain.
Our engineering office optimises cutting lists and part nesting before CNC cutting, so less material is used.
We size the frame to carry solar panels, either from the design stage or for a later installation.
Sandwich panels insulate the roof and walls, for better comfort and lower energy use.
Components arrive prefabricated and are bolted together on site: less noise, less dust and less water used on site.
